The Plumbing Academy management team consists of skilled trainers, a dab of youth and entrepreneurial experience. Below are brief achievements of the management team.
Sam Dubazana: Chief Executive Officer
Sam began his Entrepreneurial career as a contractor for a building firm. He then ventured into running a hardware store and shortly thereafter a restaurant. Sam fell in love with the concept of empowering individuals so he went on to open up his own plumbing school after spending some time under the Drain Surgeon organisation.
Sam is now the owner of Plumbing Academy, he is a member of the Institute of plumbing (IOPSA), chairman on the Indlela Trade Test committee and he is a qualified assessor.
Lungile Dubazana: Marketing Manager
Lungile holds a Bachelor of Arts (Corporate Communication) degree from the University of Johannesburg. He has completed numerous presentation, merchandising, training and negotiation courses through COIX (German based training institute).
With over five years experience in the marketing field behind him it can only mean Plumbing Academy is going places.
Zimele Dubazana: Workplace Mentor
Having completed his schooling at Mondeor High School Zimele found a gap in the training environment. The fact that learners had no link back to the trainer once in the workplace was the gap, by closing the gap it enables learners to feedback any issues faced in the workplace and thus improves their working conditions and the quality of training at Plumbing Academy.
